By using ohapplelady.com and placing an order with Sheryl's Candy Apple Creations & Dessert Bar, you agree to the following terms.

⚠ ALLERGEN WARNING. Our treats are handmade in a kitchen that also processes milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and coconut. Even items not listing these ingredients may contain traces due to shared equipment and surfaces. Items marked “Tree Nuts*” may contain trace nuts. If you or a recipient has a food allergy, contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee any product is free of a given allergen.

Food Safety & Handling

All products are perishable and made fresh to order. Keep refrigerated and enjoy within the time we recommend at pickup or on your packaging.
Candy and caramel apples contain a wooden stick and hard or sticky coatings; cut into wedges before serving to children and supervise young eaters.
Because every item is handmade, size, color, and decoration may vary slightly from the photos shown.

Orders & Confirmation

Submitting the order form is a request, not a finalized sale. We confirm availability, pricing, pickup/delivery, and payment with you directly before preparing your order.
Minimum quantities apply to some items (for example, candy apples and pretzel rods). These are noted on the product.
Prices are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of order.

Payment, Pickup & Delivery

Payment is arranged securely at confirmation. Pickup, local delivery, and shipping options are discussed per order. Shipped perishable items are sent at the buyer’s risk regarding melting or transit conditions.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because items are made fresh to order, cancellations must be made before preparation begins. Custom and perishable items may not be refundable once made. We’ll always work with you on any issue — reach out right away.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, recipes, branding, and the “Sheryl's Candy Apple Creations” name are the property of the business and may not be reproduced without permission.
